Battle Rules
1. Each fighter must agree to the fight
2. A fight will consit of descriptive interchangement of moves
3. Each move will consit of a minimum of 3 words
4. The person who wins a coin toss will go first
5. As in first will be able to do what he/she wants to do
6. Then the fight will later commence in 20 sec intervals where the two figthers will type different moves and no need to look up at the screen.
7. After a 20 seconds ends the judge will combine the 2 texts together to come up with a section of a fight
8. Spars consit of 10 sections
9. Battles consit of 18 sections
10. if no judge then have all sections be sent to one
After Battle Rules
1. You hacve to recover from a battle I judge how long you are out during this time you can't do special training, spar, battle, and look for dragon balls. But you can enter a trounamnt or a special bttle but your pl will be ajust.
2. You can't spar more than twice a day unless you have a team and you spar with them
Rules
1. cant go on a quest while learning a move or visa versa
2. cant go on a qeust and spar twice in the same day
3. You cant lvl up an attack unless you fight at least once

1.battles are in real time
2. battles can be with or without a judge but it has to be eligible judge
3.if you have a judge you will get more credit
4.attacks and block must consist of 3 words
5. ki moves must be charged the longer charged the more powerful
6. blocks can consit of doging, hiting it away, charging, or countering
7. you cant always block in fact there is a 6 second time limit more each attack unless you are 1.5X powerful and the it is an 12 sec time limit and so on and so forth.
8. you have 8 seconds to move away from a ki blast except for fast moves such as mouth blast and eye beams to name a few use your own judgement.
9.super huge/charged attacks can only be blocked by using a bigger ki blast this means you have to be significantly powerful

13. i decides who wins and or a judge but you can have a losing person in the fight but that dosent mean everything but if you 2 decide a loser you will get more benefits
14. the more detailed the better chances of winning and think like your character would think i.e if your brolly do insne attacks and when you get hit it doesnt always affect you.
15. when you charge and attack it cant be medium or huge ki blasts such as kame hame ha to name a few
16. you can also just run through an attack or not be affected but this has to go along with your character adn power level and you cant do it all the time
